In today’s newsletter, international real estate advisor Savills has expanded the shopping centre team within its property management division, appointing Saagar Sachdev as a Director, to help manage portfolios across the UK.

African buyout firm Convergence Partners has announced the successful closing of its Convergence Partners Digital Infrastructure Fund (CPDIF) at $296 million (£240 million).

Finally, KGAL Group has announced the appointment of Britta Roden as Head of Research as of 1 January 2023.
